A defined signing process for your HR team.
WQ3 Business is the assisted cloud offer for teams that operate their signing process within WQ3. Start with approved HR templates, named operators and a signing method that works for the intended participants.
A bounded pilot—not an open-ended implementation.
- The proposed launch scope covers one Egyptian employer and its own domestic workforce, two approved HR templates, five internal users and up to two required signers per document.
- The live pilot allows 300 completed workflows over 30 calendar days from approved activation.
Prepare. Route. Sign. Retrieve.
- The employer approves the document and signing authority.
- Operators prepare the document version and follow the configured approval and invitation steps.
- Signers use the approved route.
- A workflow is complete only when every required signature, the final document and its evidence are available.
Keep the final record useful beyond the workflow.
Agree the evidence and export requirements during onboarding. Your records owner checks receipt in the organization’s designated archive. Retention and post-service access follow the signed records schedule; the pilot is not an indefinite archive service.
Know what requires a separate scope.
ERP or custom connectors, extra employers, additional templates, historical migration and bespoke contract-lifecycle management are not included in the HR launch scope. Certificate, identity, remote-signing, seal and delivery services are identified and priced separately where applicable.
Continue when the pilot supports your decision.
Annual continuation is optional and requires an agreed order. It retains the original live-activation anniversary, applies the paid pilot platform credit once and does not repeat onboarding. Review the complete commercial schedule before starting.
Discuss your HR pilotFrequently asked questions
Do external signers need operator seats?
No operator-seat charge applies to external signers. They still need the credentials and eligibility required by the selected signing method, and approved provider charges may apply.
Can we sign for our staffing clients?
The initial HR pilot covers the named employer’s own domestic workforce. Acting for client employers or adding another legal entity requires a separate authority and scope review.
