WQ3 — وقع

The workflow and the signing method work together.

A signing experience depends on more than sending an invitation. WQ3’s process is scoped around the document, authorized parties, eligible credentials, provider services and final evidence required for the intended use.

From approved version to final record.

  1. First, approve the document and required signing authority.
  2. Then prepare the version and route it through the configured approvals and invitations.
  3. Each signer follows the selected method.
  4. Finalize and retrieve the document and evidence only after every required signature is present.

Choose an eligible signing route.

  • Existing certificate or USB token

review issuer, validity and device/browser compatibility.

  • Remote certificate-based signing

confirm the named provider, enrollment and authorization journey.

  • Company electronic seal

confirm the organization’s authority, certificate and permitted operators.

Availability and charges depend on the agreed route.

An email address is not a signing certificate.

Email or mobile access can support communication, but does not on its own establish certificate eligibility, issuance or mobile compatibility. We review the intended participants and method before the live workflow is activated.

Confirm the requirements for your documents.

The proposal identifies the method, provider, evidence and intended use. Your organization’s advisers should confirm the relevant document and execution requirements. WQ3 does not promise a universal legal outcome for every document or jurisdiction.
