WQ3 — وقع

Build your HR signing process around the real employer.

For recruitment, staffing and services businesses, begin with the documents your own organization is authorized to execute. WQ3’s proposed first pilot focuses on one Egyptian employer and its domestic workforce—not every client employer in a staffing network.

Start with the process, not just the signature box.

Identify the document owner, employer, authorized signatories, required copies and final archive. Choose the two templates and the participants who will use them. Contractor classifications and signing on behalf of another entity need explicit review before inclusion.

A shared definition of completion.

Track the journey from the approved version through the required signatures to the final document and evidence. Drafts, declined requests and incomplete workflows are not counted as platform completions. Approved provider events are tracked separately.

Measure what changes for your team.

During the pilot, compare elapsed signing time, handling effort, abandonment, rework and archive effort against your current process. Results come from the same workflow cohort; no fixed savings percentage is promised.

Bring one process to the first discussion.

Tell us the document type, approximate monthly volume and how the intended signers currently sign. Do not upload employee documents or identity records through the marketing inquiry form.
