Use these answers to prepare the discussion. Your customer-specific order defines the delivered scope, signing method, service commitments and charges.
Which offer should we consider?
Business is for an operator-led WQ3 workflow; Integration is for a named application-led workflow; Dedicated is for a specified private-cloud environment. The team scopes the actual process before quoting.
Can recipients sign using only an email or phone?
Not necessarily. Certificate-based routes have eligibility, enrollment, device and authorization requirements. We confirm the actual route for your intended signers.
Can we use an existing USB token?
Compatibility must be checked for the certificate issuer, policy, validity, device/driver and supported user environment. Existing ownership alone does not establish compatibility.
What counts as a completed workflow?
One immutable document version with all required signatures, the final document and its evidence available. Drafts, failed or cancelled workflows are not platform completions.
Do retries and repeated downloads count again?
Technical retries, duplicate events and repeated downloads do not create another completion for the same workflow version. A changed version counts when it is completed.
Are signing-provider charges included?
Only services expressly included in the approved quotation are included. Certificates, identity checks, remote signing, seals, timestamps or delivery may carry separate approved charges, including some events on unfinished workflows.
Does the pilot become an annual subscription automatically?
No. Annual continuation is voluntary and needs an authorized order by pilot expiry. The original activation anniversary is retained, with one credit for the paid pilot platform fee and no second onboarding charge.
Can we pool or roll over annual allowances?
The proposed annual Business offer has twelve separate periods of 300 completions, without rollover. It is not a pooled annual wallet. Any authorized change must be recorded in the order.
Are all ERP connectors ready to use?
No universal connector availability is claimed. We review the actual system and version, identify any verified connector and scope the remaining implementation work.
Is Dedicated an on-premises or source-code licence?
No. Dedicated is an agreed private-cloud deployment. Customer-operated on-premises rights, source transfer and sublicensing are not implied.
Does WQ3 guarantee legal validity for every document?
No universal legal outcome is promised. Review the actual method, issuer, evidence and intended use with the appropriate advisers for your document and transaction.
Can government entities use the same HR pilot?
Government opportunities require separate qualification of the purchasing entity, authorization, certificate route, procurement and data requirements. The private-employer pilot is not automatically reused.
Does a WQ3 order include SignLayer or SignServer?
Not automatically. Separately authorized software purchases and provider services have their own scope and invoicing arrangements.
Where are documents hosted and how long are they retained?
Locations, access, retention and export are agreed for the selected deployment and providers. The website does not promise a particular region or indefinite records storage.
