WQ3 — وقع

Choose the offer around your workflow.

Start with assisted cloud signing, scope an application integration, or define a private-cloud deployment. Your written offer sets the entity, users, documents, signing method, capacity, service responsibilities and commercial terms.

Business. Integration. Dedicated.

Business is for operators working inside WQ3. Integration is for a named application that initiates and reconciles the workflow. Dedicated is for a separate customer environment and must specify whether the workflow is operator-led, API-led or both. Integration and Dedicated are individually scoped and quoted.

  • The proposed HR pilot includes one employer, two approved templates, five internal users, up to two required signers per document and 300 completions over 30 calendar days from approved live activation.
  • Request the complete quotation, including onboarding and any approved external services.

Pay attention to what is being counted.

A completion requires every required signature, the final document and evidence. Drafts, cancelled or failed workflows do not consume the platform completion allowance. Approved supplier events can have separate costs even when a workflow does not finish. Extra completions require prior authorization.

Annual continuation is a separate decision.

The proposed annual Business term retains the original live-activation anniversary. It has twelve separate allowances of 300 completions without rollover, not a pooled annual balance. The paid pilot platform fee is credited once and onboarding is not charged again. There is no automatic conversion or renewal.

Platform, implementation, hosting where relevant and approved trust services are distinguished in the quotation. Tell us your workflow and intended signing route so the team can confirm what is included and what is separately charged.
