Bring signing into the business process that starts it.
WQ3 Integration connects a defined signing workflow to a named ERP, HR or business application. Scope the source record, authorization, signing route, status handling and final-record return as one end-to-end process.
Keep the source record connected.
- Map the agreed data and document version to a WQ3 workflow reference.
- Define the required approvers and signers, the allowed business states, the final document destination and the evidence location.
- The customer retains responsibility for source-system master data and approvals.
Implementation is part of the solution—not an assumed connector.
A separate implementation scope covers data mapping, templates, authentication, callbacks, retrieval, reconciliation and handover. Tell us the application name and version. We will distinguish a verified connector from work that needs to be scoped and delivered.
Test the interrupted path as well as the happy path.
The agreed acceptance plan covers a complete transaction and recovery from an interrupted callback. It also checks duplicate notifications, business-state reconciliation and retrieval of the final document and evidence. These are release requirements, not a claim that every integration already exists.
A quotation built around the actual application.
Your offer separates the annual platform/API commitment, agreed completion capacity, implementation and approved provider services. Unrestricted third-party embedding, every ERP connector, unlimited API capacity, SSO and SCIM are not assumed. OEM or resale rights require a separate agreement.
